Our Story
Built From the Ground Up in Kuwait
IGSS was founded in Kuwait City in 2012 with a clear mandate: to give Kuwait's government and defence institutions direct access to the world's best security and technology companies, without the friction, opacity, and inefficiency that had characterised the market.
What began as a specialist advisory and representation firm has grown, division by division, into a full-capability technology and security group covering defence, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, physical security, and autonomous systems.
Every division we have built has been built because a client needed it. We do not launch products speculatively. We solve real problems for real institutions, and we build the internal capability to keep solving them.

What Makes IGSS Different
We are defined less by what we do than by how we do it and who we choose to do it with.

The clients we serve require absolute confidentiality as a baseline, not a premium feature. We do not reference client names in our marketing. We do not use past engagements to win new ones. Every relationship we hold is treated as if it were classified.

The Team
Senior Leadership
Major General (Retd.) Naseem S. Al Naseem is the Founder and Chief Executive of IGSS. He leads the company's strategic vision, overseeing its operations and growth across security, defence, and technology services.
Major General (Retd.) Sulaiman Al-Shehab serves as Chairman of IGSS, providing strategic leadership and governance while supporting the company's long-term vision and expansion.
Abdullah A. Al-Eidan leads the Communications Division at IGSS, overseeing communication strategies and supporting the delivery of integrated security and technology solutions.
Waiel Khaled Abukhaled leads business development and strategic partnerships for IGSS, focusing on expanding regional and international collaborations while driving sustainable growth opportunities.
Eng. Nasser M. Al-Rabia supports the Chief Executive Officer and oversees maintenance and logistics operations, helping ensure efficient project execution and operational excellence across IGSS.
